Pat has been a calligrapher since 1979. She has taught calligraphy since 1981 at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, Guilford Technical Community College, Visual and Performing Arts, Guilford College, local churches and organizations. Pat has attended 12 International Calligraphy Conferences. She has over 3000 hours’ training in classes and workshops and has studied with almost all the internationally known calligraphers.
Pat holds bachelors and masters degrees in Economics and a Fine Arts degree in metal sculpture. Some of her calligraphic works include resolutions, poems and certificates for the local universities and many private clients. Her works has been exhibited throughout North Carolina and at the international conferences.
